HValley Returns Procedures and Policy
Thank you for shopping with HValley Tools. If you have any issues with your purchase, please follow these guidelines:
1. Damaged or Defective Items:
- Email a picture of the damaged or defective item to customerservice@hvalleytools.com.
- Include your name, address, order number, and a description of the issue.
- Please contact us first before sending the item back to us.
- In most cases, we will replace the item free of charge without requiring a return.
2. Returns for Dissatisfaction or Items Ordered Incorrectly:
- Fill out the return form enclosed in your package.
- Mail the product back to us at the address provided.
- If your purchase was made less than 180 days ago, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. After 180 days, the refund will be issued as a house credit.
- Non-defective returns must be in the original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition.
- You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

3. Incorrect Items or Missing Shipment:
- Email us at customerservice@hvalleytools.com to report any incorrect items or missing items from your shipment.
- We will promptly address the issue and make it right.
